Wholesum
Plan, Organise & Make progress
Over the past year, I’ve been deeply interested in behavioural science — habits and how routine plays a pivotal role in motivation, builds confidence, and the role data plays in our decision making process
This exploration led to Wholesum—a mobile app that helps people start new habits and keep routine on track. It’s designed to support better planning, organisation, and make informed decisions.,
Canva
Designing Bulk Create: Scaling Design with Data
As the solo product designer on Canva’s Developer Experience team, I led the design, prototyping, and testing of Batch Create—an internal tool that enabled users to generate multiple designs from structured data.
This project was Canva’s first major step toward data-driven design at scale. Our goal? Help enterprise users (like Domain.com.au) auto-generate content—social posts, videos, charts—using spreadsheets and structured data.
I collaborated closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams (like Charts and Video) to ship the first working prototype. We tested the experience with early partners, validated the concept, and laid the foundation for future iterations still in the pipeline.

Heroshe
Redesigning Heroshe’s Customer Dashboard
As part of a broader initiative to improve Heroshe’s freight forwarding platform, I partnered with the in-house design team at Heroshe to redesign end-to-end the customer dashboard with a focus on usability, efficiency, and personalization.
Through user research and discovery workshops, we identified key friction points in onboarding, dashboard navigation, and the checkout experience. I redefined core user flows, introduced a more contextual onboarding journey based on user intent, and designed a faster, more intuitive checkout process for managing high-volume shipments and multiple delivery addresses.
The revamp included a refreshed UI and a comprehensive style guide to support future design consistency. The new experience put users at the center and significantly improved clarity, engagement, and task completion across the platform.
Opera Payments
OPay Merchants App – Designing for Everyday Hustle
At OPay, I led the design of a new mobile app tailored for merchants and agents within the Opera Payments ecosystem. The goal was simple: make it easier for agents to manage payments, transfers, and business operations—all in one place.
We kicked things off with user research, speaking directly with merchants and internal stakeholders to understand real needs. From there, I ran co-creation workshops, led the design of intuitive flows, and worked closely with engineering to launch an MVP in record time.
The result was a streamlined tool that empowers agents to work faster and more efficiently—while laying the foundation for future growth in the merchant space.
